Kyiv city, 18 regions remain in red zone of COVID-19 restrictions
In particular, Kyiv city, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Rivne, Sumy, Kherson, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Khmelnytskyi regions are included in the red zone of COVID-19 restrictions.
Kirovohrad, Zakarpattia, Kirovohrad, Ternopil, Chernivtsi and Kharkiv regions are in the yellow zone of quarantine restrictions, Poltava region is in the orange zone.
The incidence rate of COVID-19 in Ukraine, with a designated rate of 75 per 100,000 people, is 424 per 100,000 people. The incidence rate in Kyiv is 592 per 100,000 population.
The highest incidence rate is in Poltava (744) and Mykolaiv (648) regions.
As of December 5, the hospitalization rate across the country was 49.2, with a designated rate of 60 per 100,000 people. In Kyiv, the hospitalization rate is 44.2 per 100,000 people.
As reported, Ukraine recorded 4,478 new COVID-19 cases on December 5.
