Digital Transformation Ministry signs memorandum with Association of Open Cities

“The Ministry of Digital Transformation is aware that without digital leaders in communities, systemic digital transformation of regions is impossible. The partnership with the Association of Open Cities will facilitate the search for CDTO for communities and local development of digital communities,” said Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation for European Integration.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Association of Open Cities agreed to cooperate in the following areas: joint participation in activities to promote and advance tools for digitization and digital transformation among local communities, expert consultations on initiatives in the field of regional digitalization and digital transformation of local communities, training and educational activities on regional digitization and digital transformation of territorial communities.
