Over 7.5M Ukrainians get at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Over 39,000 people in Ukraine were vaccinated for COVID-19 on October 10, the Ukrainian Health Ministry has reported on Facebook.

"Some 39,060 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, on October 10, 2021. Some 19,277 people received their first dose, and 19,783 people were fully vaccinated," the report reads.

According to the ministry, 353 mobile vaccination teams, 1,282 vaccination sites, and 356 vaccination centers were operating across the country in the past day.

A total of 13,683,903 doses have been administered in Ukraine since it launched the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, with 7,548,871 people receiving their first dose and 6,135,032 people receiving both doses (two people received their first dose abroad).

Some 66,053 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered in Ukraine on October 9.
