Zhytomyr region receives 13 t of humanitarian aid from Netherlands

Ukraine’s Zhytomyr region has received 13 tonnes of humanitarian aid from the Ukrainians in the Netherlands Foundation, according to Zhytomyr Regional State Administration.

"Zhytomyr region received 13 tonnes of humanitarian aid from the Ukrainians in the Netherlands Foundation, which will be distributed among 14 boarding schools in the region and will allow them to live more comfortably," Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Head Vitalii Bunechko said.

The humanitarian cargo consists of furniture, sanitary and plumbing equipment, beds with mattresses and bed linen, garden tools, children's toys and strollers, knitting and sewing accessories, bicycles and spare parts for them, equipment for people with disabilities, electric kitchen utensils and equipment, clothes, and shoes.

According to Bunechko, agreements were reached with the Foundation on the regular supply of such assistance to boarding schools in the region.
