New Ukrainian Consulate’s premises opened in Dubai

The official opening of new premises of the Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai (UAE) took place on October 14.

The Ukrainian Embassy in the UAE wrote about this on its Facebook page.

"We are glad that we have officially opened new premises of the Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai on October 14, Ukraine's Defender Day, the Protection of Our Most Holy Lady, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks,” reads the report.

The Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai is now located at the address: villa No. 25, Street 25, Al Safa 1, Jumeirah.

Representatives of the Ukrainian Business Council and business structures in the UAE, as well as activists of the Ukrainian community of the Emirates attended the event.

Welcoming speeches were made by Ambassador of Ukraine to the UAE Yuriy Polurez and Consul of Ukraine in Dubai Oleksandr Khomiak.

As part of the official opening of the new building of the Consulate of Ukraine in Dubai, the ceremony of raising the Ukrainian flag was held.

Also, celebrations dedicated to the Protection of Our Most Holy Lady took place in the UAE, reads the report.
