Kyiv records 532 new coronavirus cases

Kyiv city recorded 532 new coronavirus cases in the past day, bringing the total to 26,995.
“Number of coronavirus patients in Kyiv does not decrease. The capital recorded 532 new coronavirus cases in the past day. Six people died. In total, 469 Kyiv residents have died from coronavirus since the start of the pandemic,” Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko posted on Facebook.
According to the mayor, 279 women aged 18-90 years; 25 girls aged 1-17 years; 214 men aged 18-80 years; and 14 boys aged 1-17 years contracted COVID-19 in Kyiv in the past day. In addition, 21 health workers were tested positive for COVID-19. As noted, 215 people were hospitalized.
At the same time, 216 Kyiv residents recovered over the past day. In total, 9,627 Kyiv residents have overcome coronavirus.
