Zhytomyr region for first time hosts raspberry festival

On Saturday, July 28, a festival of raspberry (Malynafest) will be held for the first time in Malynivka village of Malyn district, Zhytomyr region.
"A large-scale festival of raspberry will be held for the first time in the village of Malynivka, Zhytomyr region. The guests of the festival will try 12 raspberry dishes, including borshch of raspberries following an ancient Czech recipe," the organizers of the festival said.
The program of the event includes a fair of raspberry dishes; exhibitions of clothing collections from young designers, paintings, embroidery, forged products; children's entertainments, master classes, contests and a gala concert.
During the festival, modern varieties of raspberry will be presented.
The festival will begin at 4 pm on Saturday, July 28, near the Malynivka Village Council.
