Zelensky holds talk with President of Lebanon

As reported by Ukrinform, Zelensky shared the news on Telegram.

“I spoke with the President of Lebanon, General Joseph Aoun. We discussed food security and our bilateral cooperation. To implement relevant projects, Ukraine is ready to provide its experts in logistics and agricultural technologies. We agreed that our teams will work together to discuss all potential partnership areas in greater detail,” Zelensky said.

He noted that Ukraine supports all efforts by Lebanon and the international community aimed at ensuring stability in the Middle East.

“Achieving real peace is equally important for both our regions. I am grateful for the support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” the President added.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on November 1, a Ukrainian Cultural House opened in the historic Lebanese city of Byblos (Jbeil).
