Ukraine has imposed sanctions on 24 individuals and 31 companies from Russia, China, and Iran.

The presidential decrees to that effect, Nos. 810/2025 and 811/2025, have been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.

Both documents enforce the National Security and Defense Council's decision of October 31, 2025, "On the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)."

The decrees include NSDC decisions listing the individuals and entities subject to sanctions.

Decree No. 810 imposes sanctions on 14 pro-Russian propagandists who justify Russia's armed aggression and deny the occupation of Ukrainian territories. These individuals are reportedly financed through profits from the coal industry in the temporarily occupied areas of Donbas.

Decree No. 811 introduces sanctions against 10 individuals and 31 companies from Russia, China, and Iran linked to the Russian military industry. The list includes companies, executives, and owners involved in supplying Russia with equipment and components to circumvent international sanctions. Sanctions have also been applied to Iranian state bodies and legal entities that supplied military products to Russia.
