Russian attacks terrorize Ukraine, leaving destruction and fear behind.

That’s how Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna reacted on social media platform X to yet another massive Russian assault on Ukraine during the night of Monday, July 21, according to Ukrinform.
