US Presidential Special Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg said that Washington has presented a 22-point peace plan to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian war and revealed the essence of the first point. This is a comprehensive ceasefire.

He wrote about this on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, in Istanbul, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio “made it clear” that this is a “strong peace plan.”

“Coming out of the London meetings we (US) came up with a comprehensive 22 point plan that is a framework for peace. The first point is a comprehensive cease fire that stops the killing now,” Kellogg wrote.

As Ukrinform reported, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that President Donald Trump wants to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin as soon as possible to advance peace talks in Ukraine.
