Zelensky: We must stop war – Ukraine working with U.S., Europe to achieve peace
President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this on X, as reported by Ukrinform.
"We continue our work with partners. We have already had talks and other steps to come soon," Zelensky wrote.
He stressed that Ukraine strives to make its “diplomacy really substantive to end this war the soonest possible.”
The Ukrainian leader also emphasized that Ukraine seeks real peace, as no one desires it more than the Ukrainian people, whose cities and villages are being destroyed, and whose lives are being lost.
"We need to stop the war and to guarantee security," he added.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, U.S. President Donald Trump recently criticized Zelensky for stating that ending the war with Russia could take a long time.
