Ukrainian president, Albanian PM discuss Ukraine's peace formula

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama have discussed Albania's support for Ukraine's peace formula.

According to Ukrinform, Zelensky said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app.

"Had a conversation with Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama. Congratulated on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our countries and noted the decision to open an embassy in Kyiv," he said.

In addition to supporting the peace formula, Zelensky and Rama discussed the situation on the frontline, the importance of increasing security assistance to Ukraine, and Albania's support for the Peace Formula.

Albanian Parliament Speaker Lindita Nikolla said at the first parliamentary summit of the international Crimea Platform last October that Albania supports the position and actions of Ukraine, as Russia in synergy with various authoritarian countries poses a threat to civilization in Europe and the entire planet.

On January 12, it emerged that on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Albania decided to open an embassy in Ukraine.
