Zelensky meets with Macron in Brussels

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Brussels to discuss cooperation between the two countries.

The head of state wrote this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"I discussed with Emmanuel Macron the issues of cooperation between Ukraine and France. I hope that France's presidency of the European Council will pay special attention to Ukraine's security and countering Russia's hybrid aggression in Europe," Zelensky said.

Zelensky is on a working visit to Brussels on December 15-16, where he is taking part in the sixth summit of the Eastern Partnership initiative.
