Poland’s secretary of state presented with Ukrainian state award

Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deshchytsia has presented the Order of Merit to Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the President of Poland Krzysztof Szczerski for strengthening Ukrainian-Polish relations and supporting Ukraine in the international arena.
"On behalf of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky I am honored to present the Order of Merit to Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland Krzysztof Szczerski for significant contribution to strengthening Ukrainian-Polish relations and supporting Ukraine in the international arena," Deshchytsia wrote on Twitter.
In turn, Szczerski said that it had been a great honor for him to receive this award on the last day of work in the Chancellery of the President of Poland.
Szczerski will be Poland's ambassador to the UN from August 2021.
