Armenia appoints new ambassador to Ukraine

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has appointed Vladimir Karapetyan as new ambassador to Ukraine.

Karapetyan will replace Tigran Seiranian, who was recalled by the President of Armenia from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine, the Armenpress news agency reports.

Karapetyan was appointed for a three-year term.
