Ukraine, Brazil interested in developing political dialogue

This was discussed during a meeting between Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin, Head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Volodymyr Taftay, and Special Advisor for International Affairs to the President of the Republic of Brazil Felipe Martins, Ukrinform reports with reference to the Foreign Ministry's press service.

"The parties discussed the prospects for the development of political dialogue at the highest and high levels, possible areas of cooperation in combating the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as prospects for deepening trade and economic interaction between the two countries," the report reads.

The interlocutors also had a meaningful exchange of views on the continuation of cooperation between Ukraine and Brazil in the space sector.

Special attention was paid to the celebration of the 130th anniversary of the beginning of Ukrainian immigration to Brazil this year.
