Zelensky includes Halushchenko in NSDC composition

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has included Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko in the composition of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).
The decree on the appointment has been published on the website of the head of state.
“To include Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko into the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine," reads the document.
As reported, on April 29, the Verkhovna Rada supported the decision to appoint Herman Halushchenko as Ukraine's energy minister.
