Ukraine gets strong signal of support from international partners - Foreign Ministry

More and more countries are resolutely declaring their support for Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty amid Russia's escalating the security situation, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Oleg Nikolenko has said on Facebook.

"In 11 days, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba had 16 phone calls with the foreign ministers of Great Britain, Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Estonia, Canada, Latvia, Moldova, the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, the United States, France, Sweden, the EU High Representative, and the OSCE Secretary General. The foreign ministers of Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic have firmly declared their solidarity with Ukraine," Nikolenko wrote.

According to him, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that NATO remains committed to its partnership with Ukraine and supports the country. Nikolenko recalled that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed support for Ukraine during yesterday's meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"We thank all our partners for this show of solidarity!" Nikolenko said.
