Zelensky advocates deepening bilateral cooperation with Estonia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has congratulated Estonia on Independence Day and supported the deepening of bilateral Ukrainian-Estonian cooperation.

The head of state wrote this on his Twitter account.

“Congratulations to Kersti Kaljulaid on Independence Day of Estonia. I highly appreciate the position of Tallinn in support of independence and sovereignty of Ukraine and stand for deepening bilateral cooperation between our countries for the common good," Zelensky wrote.

The Estonian Declaration of Independence, also known as the Manifesto to the Peoples of Estonia, is the founding act of the Republic of Estonia from 1918. Estonia's Independence Day is celebrated on February 24.
