Coronavirus forum 'Ukraine 30' kicks off in Kyiv

The three-day All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Coronavirus: Challenges and Responses" has started in Kyiv.

The event is taking place at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is taking part in the opening of the forum.

According to the agenda, the event is also to be attended by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, representatives of the government, the Verkhovna Rada, and the European Union.

The participants in the forum will discuss the government's plans for 2021 on overcoming the pandemic, in particular, measures to restore the economy, help vulnerable groups, adapt education, and cooperate with international financial organizations.

Exhibition stands with medical equipment and devices are located on the sidelines of the forum.

The forum is taking place in compliance with quarantine regulations.
