Zelensky expects positive EU decision on common aviation area agreement

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expects from the European Union a positive decision on the conclusion of the Common Aviation Area Agreement with Ukraine in the coming weeks.
"I am grateful to the Spanish side for its efforts and willingness to facilitate the signing of this long-awaited and mutually beneficial agreement. I expect a positive decision from the EU in the coming weeks," Volodymyr Zelensky said during a phone conversation with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez, the press service of the Head of State informs.
As reported, following the results of the 22nd EU-Ukraine Summit in October last year, President Zelensky stated that the Common Aviation Area Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union could be signed in 2021.
