Government appoints first deputy minister of culture and information policy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Rostyslav Karandeyev as First Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy.

The resolution on the appointment was approved at a government meeting on July 15, the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy reported.

Rostyslav Karandeyev held the post of state secretary of the Ministry of Culture in 2016-2019. Prior to that, he served as deputy culture minister since 2015.

The press service reminded that the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Larysa Petasiuk as Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy on June 17.
