Cabinet appoints new deputy minister of digital transformation

The relevant government’s resolution, No.304-r as of March 18, 2020, has been published on the Government portal.

"To appoint Liudmyla Riabchynska as deputy minister of digital transformation,” reads the document.

Riabchynska headed the department of administrative services in the reform office. Among main achievements were reducing the terms, number of documents and corruption factor when receiving such services as awarding subsidies, pensions and registering the declaration on readiness of object for operation.
