Ukrainian-Norwegian partnership continues to develop – deputy foreign minister

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vasyl Bodnar held consultations with State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway Audun Halvorsen, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.

Bodnar stressed that Ukraine is interested in intensifying further cooperation in areas of energy, cybersecurity and healthcare. The deputy foreign minister expressed gratitude to the Norwegian side for the support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country. 

In turn, Audun Halvorsen emphasized Norway’s readiness to continue supporting Ukraine, particularly, in the implementation of systemic reforms. 

The diplomats welcomed a high activity of political dialogue in recent years and took note of a noticeable progress in trade and economic cooperation. They exchanged views on Ukraine-Norway interaction in multilateral formats, in particular, in the UN.
