Zelensky instructs Markarova to sign letters on amendments to financial agreements with EIB

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed Finance Minister Oksana Markarova to sign a letter on amendments to the financial agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) on a project to improve transport and operational conditions of road approaches to Kyiv.
The relevant decree, No.37/2020-rp, has been posted on the president’s official website.
“To empower Finance Minister of Ukraine Oksana Markarova to sign the Letter on amendments, No.3, to the Financial Agreement ‘European Roads Ukraine II (improvement of transport and operational conditions of road approaches to Kyiv) between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank,” reads the document.
Also, under decree No.38/2020-rp, the president empowered the finance minister to sign a letter on amendments, No.2, to the financial agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank on the project "Municipal Infrastructure Development Program of Ukraine".
