Israel wants to deepen cooperation with Ukraine in IT industry and tourism – PM Netanyahu

Israel is ready to deepen cooperation with Ukraine in the IT industry and tourism, Prime Minister of the State of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu has stated.

He said this before a meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in Jerusalem on Friday. Their meeting was broadcast live on the Facebook page of the President’s Office.

"Today we met to discuss the strengthening and deepening of our relations ... We will discuss cooperation in the IT industry and tourism. We will also discuss ways to jointly counter forces and regimes that encroach on our democratic values. I hope that our talks today will be held in the spirit of friendship and mutual understanding," Netanyahu said.

On January 23-24, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is on a working visit to the State of Israel.
