Trilateral Contact Group begins meeting in Minsk

A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the peaceful settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine has begun in Minsk, Belarus.
Darka Olifer, the spokesperson for Ukraine's representative in the TCG Leonid Kuchma, wrote this on her Facebook page on January 16.
"A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas has begun in Minsk," the report reads.
On January 14, Ukraine's representative in the TCG Leonid Kuchma met with Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine and in the TCG Heidi Grau to discuss the agenda of the first TCG meeting in 2020, which is scheduled for January 16.
