Zelensky appoints deputy head of Ukraine’s Security Service

President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decrees to dismiss Serhiy Andrushchenko from the post of head of the Department of National Statehood Protection of the Security Service of Ukraine and appoint him as deputy chairman of the SBU.

The relevant decrees have been posted on the president’s website.

“To appoint Serhiy Andrushchenko as deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine,” the decree reads.

By another decree, the president dismissed Andrushchenko from the post of head of the SBU’s Department of National Statehood Protection.

At the same time, Anatoliy Dublyk was appointed the head of the Department of National Statehood Protection of the SBU.
