He noted that in a modern globalized world, information, not limited by national borders and instantly disseminating, became perhaps the most important resource capable of profoundly changing human and the world.

“Your work is especially important today in the context of a hybrid war against Ukraine when the enemy is sending an avalanche of information lies and disinformation against us, and your challenging mission is to counteract information expansion, to convey the truth about events to Ukrainians and the world,” Danilov stressed.
