Zelensky reshuffles Ukraine's National Investment Council

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree reshuffling the composition of the National Investment Council.

The decree was published on the website of the head of state on Friday, August 9.

By his decree, the president included Citigroup Inc. Chief Executive Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa David Livingstone (by agreement), Chairman and CEO of Rakuten Inc. (Japan) Hiroshi Mikitani (by agreement) and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Electric (the United States) Jamie Miller (by agreement) in the composition of the National Investment Council.

Deputy Heads of Ukraine's Presidential Office Oleksiy Honcharuk and Vadym Prystaiko were also included in the composition of the National Investment Council.

Jim Cowles, who previously represented Citigroup Inc., was removed from the council.
