U.S. never recognizes Russia's occupation and annexation of Crimea – Taylor

The United States will never recognize Russia's invasion and annexation of Crimea, U.S. Chargé d'Affaires a.i. in Ukraine William Taylor has stated.
He said this in a video that was published by the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine on its Facebook page.
"The United States will never recognize the Russian invasion, occupation and attempted annexation of Crimea. We will never recognize that," Taylor said.
The United States supports the sovereignty of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders, he stressed.
Earlier, U.S. Chargé d'Affaires a.i. in Ukraine William Taylor called the de-occupation of Donbas and the fight against corruption as the key priorities of his work in Kyiv.
