Zelensky urges Verkhovna Rada to immediately consider dismissal of Lutsenko and Klimkin

President Volodymyr Zelensky has again called on the Verkhovna Rada to immediately consider motions for the dismissal of Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and for the appointment of Vadym Prystaiko as head of the Foreign Ministry.
The relevant report has been posted on the president’s website.
"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly turned to the Verkhovna Rada to immediately consider motions for the dismissal of Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko (draft decision No.10380), as well as the dismissal of Pavlo Klimkin from the post of foreign minister (draft decision No.10381) and the appointment of Vadym Prystaiko (draft decision No.10382),” reads the report.
The president’s press service added that the head of state filed the motions for parliament’s consideration on June 11.
