Tusk, Zelensky to meet at EU-Ukraine summit in July

President of the European Council Donald Tusk announced a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky at the EU-Ukraine summit in July.

"First, good phone call with Ukraine's President-elect Volodymyr Zelensky. I assured him of the EU's steadfast support to Ukraine. Looking forward to our cooperation and EU-Ukraine Summit in July," he posted on Twitter.

As reported, the second round of Ukraine’s presidential elections was held on April 21. According to the results of the Central Election Commission’s processing of 100% of electronic protocols, Volodymyr Zelensky won the presidential elections as he garnered 73.22% of the vote. 24.45% of Ukrainians cast their votes for incumbent President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

A total of 18,491,840 Ukrainians took part in the voting.
