Ukraine to establish diplomatic relations with Dominica

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has empowered Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Natalia Galibarenko to sign the Joint Communique on establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The text of the relevant decree has been posted on the president’s website.
“To authorize Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Natalia Galibarenko to sign the Joint Communique on the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Dominica,” the decree says.
