Mayor Vitali Klitschko meets with President of Austrian National Council Wolfgang Sobotka

"During the meeting, Vitali Klitschko and Wolfgang Sobotka discussed important aspects of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Austria," the press service of Kyiv City State Administration reported.

Klitschko thanked for Austria's consistent position in support of Ukraine's European aspirations. He also talked about changes made in Kyiv over the last four years, investment attractiveness of the capital and prospects for further development of the city.

In turn, President of the National Council of the Republic of Austria Wolfgang Sobotka noted that Austria closely monitored the situation in Ukraine.

In particular, the parties discussed the political situation in Ukraine and Kyiv ahead the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.

According to Wolfgang Sobotka, Austria is interested in stable situation in Ukraine.
