Poroshenko meets with Trump in Paris

The head of state told this to journalists after his working visit to Paris on November 10-11, Ukrinform's correspondent in France reports.

"Yesterday there was a meeting and brief discussion on the sidelines of the [Paris Peace] Forum, including with the president of the United States of America. Following this discussion, a meeting was held today between Foreign Minister [Pavlo] Klimkin and U.S. Secretary of State [Mike] Pompeo. I can emphasize the agreement on holding a meeting of the strategic partnership commission at the level of foreign ministers in Washington on November 16. We agreed to resume its work," Poroshenko said.

According to the president, during his visit to Paris, he held about 40 bilateral meetings.
