Groysman expects the final draft state budget for 2019 to be ready by December 1

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said he expects that the draft state budget for 2019 will be fully developed for the second reading by December 1.
"The budget has been already approved at the first reading. Now [VR] committees are completing the work on it. I hope that Ukraine will receive a balanced, realistic state budget by December 1," Groysman said at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As reported, the Verkhovna Rada passed the bill on the state budget for 2019 at first reading on October 18.
