Diplomat Ruslan Demchenko to represent Ukraine at today’s TCG meeting in Minsk

Diplomat and president’s advisor, Ruslan Demchenko, will represent Ukraine at a meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas in Minsk today, October 16, according to First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Herashchenko.
"The meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group and working subgroups is taking place today in Minsk. Today, diplomat and president’s adviser, Ruslan Demchenko, will represent Ukraine during this meeting,” she said at a briefing on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
At the same time, the politician noted that President Petro Poroshenko will appoint a new official representative of Ukraine in the Trilateral Contact Group soon.
As reported, the second president of Ukraine and the country’s representative in the TCG on the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas, Leonid Kuchma, completed his work in the TGC on October 2.
