Parliament to consider budget resolution on Oct.18

The Verkhovna Rada will consider the budget resolution on Thursday, October 18, as well as a number of bills to amend the state budget for the current year.
Speaker Andriy Parubiy stated this at a meeting of the Agenda-Setting Council on October 16, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"According to the regulations, we must adopt it [the budget resolution] no later than October 20. Thus, the budget resolution is offered to be a key issue on Thursday, October 18,” he said.
According to Parubiy, on this day MPs will also consider a draft law on public procurement, as well as a bill on the allocation of funds for the Central Election Commission to enhance its cybersecurity during the election campaign in Ukraine.
