First meeting of Georgia-Moldova-Ukraine Inter-Parliamentary Assembly to be held in Tbilisi
Ukrinform learnt this from the press service of the Parliament of Moldova.
"At the first meeting of the inter-parliamentary assembly, the participants will discuss energy security issues, frozen conflicts in the Black Sea region and more intensive cooperation with the European Union. The members of the delegations from three countries will exchange experience in combating hybrid wars," the report reads.
The priority task of the forum will be an active promotion of the position of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia on the international stage and cooperation in the field of disinformation and propaganda, as well as cooperation in the implementation of reforms and rapprochement with the EU.
The decision to establish the Georgia-Moldova-Ukraine Inter-Parliamentary Assembly was taken during the Inter-Parliamentary Conference for Security Policy, which was held in Chisinau in early March 2018.
