President to deliver annual address on Sept 20 - Parubiy

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will deliver an annual address on the external and internal situation in Ukraine on Thursday, September 20.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy said this at a meeting of the parliament's conciliatory council on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"On September 20, 2018, at a plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in accordance with Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, there will be an annual address from the president to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external situation," the speaker said.
According to him, a respective letter was sent from the Presidential Administration to the Verkhovna Rada.
