Poroshenko, Erdogan discuss expansion of cooperation between countries

Poroshenko and Erdoğan discussed the topical issues of the bilateral agenda, particularly the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in trade and economic sphere, energy and defense industry.

Special attention was paid to the preparations for a meeting of the Strategic Council of Presidents to be held in Turkey.

As reported, on June 24, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his ruling party won the majority of votes in early presidential and parliamentary elections.
