Foreign minister Klimkin: Ukraine to file a complete lawsuit against Russia

Ukraine has prepared and will file a complete lawsuit against Russia over violation of two conventions.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said this during a meeting with students in Kharkiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The subject of suit is the violations of the Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination," Klimkin said.

The minister assured that the violations of these conventions would be proved.

According to him, the lawsuit will be filed on June 12.

As reported, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine prepares a memorandum which contains information about the violation of the rights of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians in the occupied Crimea and issues related to financing of terrorism in Donbas. The memorandum will be filed at the International Court of Justice.
