Poroshenko welcomes Trump's decision to extend sanctions against Russia

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has welcomed a decision of U.S. President Donald Trump to prolong sanctions against the Russian Federation.
Poroshenko wrote this on his Twitter page.
"I welcome the decision of President Donald Trump to extend the U.S. sanctions against Russia!" Poroshenko wrote.
"This is a clear message to the aggressor that the restrictive measures will remain in force until the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine is restored," the president stressed.
As reported, on Friday, March 2, U.S. President Donald Trump signed an order to extend anti-Russian sanctions imposed over its aggression against Ukraine for one more year.
