Ukraine and Poland will continue their dialogue and joint work on resolving complicated historical issues and on the law recently adopted by the Senate of Poland on the Institute of National Remembrance.

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko said this after the completion of negotiations with Deputy Prime Minister of Poland Piotr Glinski, the press service of the Embassy of Ukraine to Poland reported.

"The negotiations are over, but they are not finished. We raised a package of important issues for the Ukrainian-Polish relations, including threats of the new law on the Institute of National Remembrance, protection of the rights and freedoms of Ukrainians in Poland, restoration of ruined and destroyed sights, holding of joint events - conferences, meetings, consultations and so on. A dialogue and joint works will be continued," Rosenko said.

He adds that the Ukrainian side would be happy to see Piotr Glinski in Kyiv.
