Almost 380 thousand Ukrainians used visa-free regime with the EU

As of December 27, almost 380 thousand Ukrainians already took advantage of the visa-free regime with the European Union.
Spokesman of the State Border Service of Ukraine Oleh Slobodyan said this in the air of 112 Ukraina TV channel.
"Almost 380 thousand Ukrainians have already taken advantage of the visa-free regime. It's only those who went to the EU countries since June 11 with a biometric passport," he said.
"Given that the Migration Service has issued about 5 million biometric passports, next year we expect an increase in the number of our compatriots who will take advantage of the visa-free regime," he said.
As Ukrinform reported, the visa-free regime between Ukraine and the European Union entered into force on June 11.
