UAE supports sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine

Vice President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister of the UAE, ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has confirmed that the UAE supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.
He said this during a meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the press service of the Head of State reported.
"Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has confirmed that the United Arab Emirates supports the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders. An agreement was also reached on the support of the Crimean Tatars by the UAE," the report reads.
During the meeting, Poroshenko underlined traditionally friendly nature of relations between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates and expressed hope that the UAE would support the initiatives of Ukraine in the framework of international organizations aimed at protecting its sovereignty and restoring territorial integrity.
