President enacts secret NSDC decision

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree enacting the secret decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of September 13, 2017.
The decree to that effect, No. 304/2017, has been posted on the website of the head of state.
The secret document amended the NSDC decision of August 28, 2015 on Ukraine's military and technical cooperation with certain states.
The decree comes into force on the day it was published. NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov was appointed responsible for its implementation.
