PM Groysman: Innovation Council to start operating this summer

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman says he expects that the Innovation Development Council at the Cabinet of Ministers will start operating this summer.
"We’ve developed a concept for creating the Innovation Council and I believe that it will be launched as a government’s institution by the end of the summer, and it will promote innovations," Groysman said at a government’s meeting on July 19, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
The prime minister stressed that prior to this, there had been no full-fledged system for innovation support in Ukraine.
